Jasper Gameboy Demo

The Premise

You are Jasper, the adorable fat fuck feline. Your task is to consume the letter H to increase your mass as much as you possibly can. Watch out for the letter G, though. You must stay away from their disgusting aura.

The Instructions

Collect H's to increase your score. Avoid G's or you will lose a life. You start with 4 lives, but once they're out, it's game over. There is a rare chance that an extra life will spawn, so look out for those!

Super H's will occasionally show up. If you collect 5 of these, you can do a special fart attack, which stinks so bad that it turns all G's around you into H's.

The Controls:

• Use the D-pad to move
• Hold B to run
• Press A to do a special fart attack (must be charged first by collecting 5 Super H's)
• Press Start to pause

I made this game as an experiment to see if I can create a functional game for the Gameboy. I used GBDK 2020 and the C programming language to create it. I think the result is pretty neat, even if it's kind of a shitpost. The premise for the game is based on a few running jokes in my community, so if you're confused, that's why.
